Relevant changes:

  • added content to How to Find Building owners and put in the experiments folder. Open to discussion about putting it in a docs/tutorials folder later, perhaps in another PR that does some cleaning up of our file structure.
  • Added sample CSV's for the tutorial.
  • Made some small bugfixes in utils files to get the tutorial running.

@linnealovespie Made some comments for clarity/consistency. Overall this looks great!

@linnealovespie The last thing we need to do is build the distribution for the package: https://medium.com/analytics-vidhya/how-to-create-a-python-library-7d5aea80cc3f . Otherwise it won't install with pip. If you get a chance, that would be great, I'll put it on my list too but I'm behind on everythng this week due to some modeling I did for the amendments. Boo amendments.

Also I think we should really put this in an entirely separate repo for the purpose of linking to it in the report. This repo is a mess and I don't want to advertise it. (It's okay that it's a mess, it's just not... what I want people to think of me in public, LOL).
